Engine Shudder on Start Up and Shut Down

   as the title really. the car shudders when i start the car and turn it off. Almost like its stalling itself. The car drives fine and has no engine management light.
   
   the only thing ive done recently is the back box and ive washed the car today. could it be water somewhere?

   nope standard other than an enclosed filter. Its only started doing it today
