Important! : Fuel Pump help needed!!

    So the new fuel pump is in..

    And now the black thing you screw on it wont screw on. Ive tried for about an hour. it turns then when i finally think its on it pops off again.

    What do I do..!!

    check your threads on the tank it self and on the screw cap
