Clutch Cable Removal Saxo VTR

   Plenty of advice on the search function but not the answer I am looking for!!
   
   I have disconnected the cluth cable at both ends and need to pull it out of the bulkhead. The cable has a securing sleeve that simply pushes through the bulkhead when fitting but cannot be pulled back out unless its taken off from inside the car. Problem is I cant get at it to remove the sleeve. Anyone now how to remove the cable from the bulkhead, do I need to strup bits out from inside the car?

   In the haynes manual it just says take off the cable from the clutch pedal, and then it shows a picture of them pulling the cable from the bulkhead , you sure you've removed it complety off the clutch pedal and it's not caught on somthing?.

   i just pulled mine out. youll only break the clips on the outer casing and youll be replacing it all when you put your new one in !
