#2hammerite is rather hard wearing but limited colours

#4Once its laqured it should be ok? Just use plastic primer, few coats of paint then couple coats of laquer. Well that's what I would do :L
-
#6if you want it hard wearing then you dont want aerosol of any kind its all cellulose or acrylic (both are soft)
You want something that comes in 2 parts and hardens by chemical reaction such as 2k paints (professional paints) these dry hard as nails and will probebly outlast the car.
so if you want a decent long lasting hard wearing finish take them to a body shop and pay for it doing. -
#7Oh right thanks, how much do you recon it would cost for a body shop to spray them? They arnt exactly big so wouldnt be too much?Quote:if you want it hard wearing then you dont want aerosol of any kind its all cellulose or acrylic (both are soft)

#8you should just be able to slip them a tenner for a few drinks mate i always have a black in my gun at some time of the day and they will just do them the same time as another car.
