i was hoping some kind person could recomend me a set of steel wheels for the saxo, i want a set for temp use depending on how nice they look while i spray up my vtr wheels. i was hoping to not have to buy spacers and also i would like set with a bit of a dish on them,

Oh and can u recomend how much primer an spray id need to do all 4 of my vtr alloys ?.

Got to be honest mate, I would just do one wheel at a time and take a weekend to make sure you get them to your liking. Wouldnt bother wasting money on steelies.

I sprayed my VTR's White, just went down to Halfords and bought a couple of cans of paint for like £10 each and a tin of primer. Got all the paint for under £30 and it came out sound!
