Spark plug thred

    Morning ppl I've just done a little service on the vts for fcs and I've took one the plugs out and there has been a repair and a thred insert is now stuck on one my plugs cant take it off with out damaging the thred on it where can I gt a new insert from ?? Well pissed off just seams to be on thing after another just lately

    its a job for a garage mate, they will have to recoil it or worst case a new head
