Difficulty down shifting

   The car is fine going from 1st to 5th, the problem is when i try going from 5th to 4th or 4th to 3rd etc, the thrust bearing is making a quiet but high pitch squeek when i'm shifting, but how is it easy going through them 1-5 but hard 5-1 ?
   
   Could it be the clutch giving me more grief, or just engine movement from a cack lower engine mount?

   sounds like your just shit at shifting down . na it doesn't sound like the thrust bearing could be a nackered clutch or at least on its way out, or like aly said syncro on box

   It's a brand new clutch, and its only done 50 mile, and its a Valeo, well i thought maybe it was just due to there being a little play in the bit on the gearbox with the two nipples on for the linkages?
