Removing power steering.....

IF...i wanted to remove the power steering......is it just a case of removing the pump and fitting a non pas rack???

I ask because today i removed the pump to clean it all up and tbh the bay looks much less cluttered without it.

to be honest i'd keep the power steer cause its alot easier than non power steering unless u want pop-eye arms lol

Id imagine so, but I personally wouldnt think of taking the power steering pump out just for the sake of what the bay looks like...

Fit a carbon fibre cover over it or fit a smaller pump from an astra or something.

Yes I think i`m right in saying a 1.0 or 1.1 saxo steering rack is what you`d need.
