right i changed my gearbox other day as mine was like bust, the clutch fork had broke and was making some strange sounds, but when i got the box off i found that the little lugs had nearly broke off the back of the release bearing is only 2 months old valeo aswell
anyway i went and picked up a new bearing as that one wouldnt stay on the new fork, the new bearing stayed on a treat, when put it all back together the problem have got when car is idleing somtimes when pressing the clutch down and bringing it back up theres like a little rattling sound coming from the bearing i think as goes when press it back down, but i dont see how is possible as is a new bearing and i made sure was on the fork right, is it possible the clutch needs adjusting as my biting point is nearly at the top, theres no way am taking it back off again was a pain the first time!
any help would be great
