Led wiring into headlights.

   Hey guys,
   
   Thinking about wiring a couple leds upto my headlights but i was wondering wether anyone has managed to do this so when i put my headlights on (not sidelights) my leds go off?
   
   So leds on with sidelights, then off when main lights come on.
   
   Does anyone know how to do this?

   where are the leds going? inside the headlights?
   easiest option would be a button on your dash to turn them off

   Would it be the easiest? Yea there going into the main beam headlight. Wiring for a switch might be a pain in the arse to be honest.

   so they'll be like day runners?
   yes been done before check the audi rip off lights.
   and a switch is easier to run in as its two wires pos and neg with in line fuse and switch.
   but tapping into the headlights or ignition is prob bout same if u know what your doing

   Whats a inline fuse? fuse which is in the led itself?
   
   I was thinking about buying these and connecting them so they come on with sidelights, but with a switch.
