spraying gear nob

  1. #1
got some primer, spray and laqor left over from just doing my dash, since my furio gear nob is so ugly and worn half white, i thought i might aswell see if i can give it a decent spray

just sanding it down and gave it its first primer coat, anyone else done this?
if it comes out alright i'll just paint the black markings back in with a fine brush

will post a picture if anyones actully intrested in seeing the end result?

i'll probaly end up just buying one in fairness, but seeing as i've got half a can of each left - no harm in trying it out atleast

i've considered the same because mine is pretty much completely white. if it works well i might consider it, but you could get one from a scrappy for a fiver

I did mine and covered up the top to retain the silver cap. If you don't leave the paint ages tho it stays rubbery n comes off when ya forcing it back on
