are you preping your wheels mate? or just spraying over them if youre only spraying over them you dont neeed to use primer just red scotch them off

i was going to sand all of them down but only one has problems , the paint has sort of flaked away revealing the metal and what u mean red scotch them off , mask them ?

if the wheels do not need a full refurb, just "key" the surface using scotchbrite pads or similar, so that the new paint has something to stick to. If the wheel does need a full refurb then youll ideally need to remove all outstanding paint - either by rubbing it down or by using something like nitromors - and starting from scratch. Theres a full guide on doing it on here!

depends how you want to do it, i'd personaly re do them all, and make them a whole diffrent colour - makes a big diffrence to the car, just sand them down, primer, sand, primer (probaly use about 3 cans of primer for all 4) then spray your paint on..

however, im not sure if you're supposed to laqur alloys, somone more experienced should be able to tell you that

depends what paint is used-no harm in protecting the paint by laquering tho

ok, just scratch the surface a bit, spray very thin even coats at a time - make sure you dont rush it and put too much paint on, give at least 15mins between coats. If you want it to look good then please make sure you take your time and only spray very thin coats each time - someone told me to do this when I did mine, i never listened and it make a HUGE difference to the finished piece.

If you start on one wheel while your waiting for it to dry you can do the others
