Speed sensor (VSS) location on VTS

   Please if someone could be so kind to let me know exactly where this speed sensor is?, my rev counter works fine but no speedo> I guess it's on the gearbox somewhere?

   look just above the point where the offside shaft enters the gearbox round the back of the engine, got a white plug with 3 wires on it

   no, take the induction pipes off and its held into the box with a 6mm iirc allen bolt

   The vehicle speed sensor can be easily located by referring to the offside shaft and gearbox you should be able to see a white plug that usually has 3 wires.
