oil breather or catch tank?

I'm soon getting an induction kit for my vts. The problem is after going to the FCS i saw that there where some people using a catch tank and others using like a pipercross oil breather from Halfords.

I know you can get both for around £20 each but whats the differents and what are the pros/cons of each.

    Which shall I run?

    oil Breather

    catch tank

    Thanks

Have a search I'm sure this comes up plenty.

Both fulfil the same job. Arguably the catch tank is more 'efficient' because the vapour oils are being stored (and therefore a need for cleaning) whereas the filter only minimises the oils in the bay (afaik... I mean a filter can't remove them completely!)

If you are a cleaning whore and like to keep the bay pristine I'd go for the catch tank.

    Hope that helps.
