To sell or not to sell...?

   Hi guys, ive just found out im having a baby girl, after some thought im thinking of selling my sax - purely because of the safety factor, what would you guys do, im really not sure. The current deal with the car is:-
   
   103k miles
   No tax or MOT
   Failed MOT may on rear arch rust - 2 holes no bigger than a beer mat each side
   No advisories
   New batt
   Rocker cover gasket
   Uprated front ice blue bulbs
   New air filter
   Oil & filter changed
   Painted boot with carpeted wood floor
   Colour coded front & rear bumpers
   Have aerial blanking plug to fit
   Lowered on apex 50mm springs front
   Debadged - DIY job so needs redoing
   Backbox fitted
   new tyres needed

   £300 - £400 ish
   best thing to do is to break it

   Thing is, an oldish car with no MOT ain't worth jack!, so it's probably worth doing the arches and getting a test on it. Your very wise though, these are not safe sardine tins,......I mean cars!
