    Dont rattle can it

Go to wilkinsons and buy 2 cans of chalkboard paint for like £6 each

    OR

toolstation do large can of chalkboard paint for like £8

Which is more then enough to do a whole car

Just rub it all down with a scotch pad, and roller the paint on, super smooth finish, and nice and hard wearing, you want 2-3 coats leaving it for AT LEAST 40 mins between coats (its touch dry after 20 mins)

Chalkboard paint looks so much nicer then plain matt black, has a nice dark grey, thick, stealthy look about it, and you can draw on it with chalk!!

just allow it to fully dry a couple days before you do draw on it

The thought of sanding down the car makes me shudder.

Hey do you put any finish onto it or just have the matte black only

    +1

dont sand back to metal either, had a few patches on my bonnet that faded through as the paint went thinner on those patches. plus it was 30* out!
