1998 GTI engine in 2003 VTS???

   HELLO
   
   
   
   I put my new VTS engine in my car very happy after i sorted the ECU out
   
   BUT then 12miles down the road its F**KED.........
   
   
   but there is a mint GTI engine for sale and i have seen it running and its non raged!!
   
   
   so i just wana check that my 3PLUG LOOM will plug in?

   1998 is a 1 plug
   
   2003 is a 3 plug
   
   so im guessing No.

   It will fit but you'll have to swap most of your 3 plug sensors on to the 1 plug engine, also the coilpack and injector loom.
