just wondering what peoples opinions are on these cams?

Im running a jp4 and am going to be camming very soon, was looking into getting the ph3's designed for the c2 vts but came across these....

Better to get a camshaft for the JP4 engine as the lobes will seat correctly over the valve stems.

Tthe 1323703 which requires a remap but will see good gains and will not stress the C2 engines weaker head components.

I thought that was the idea of the 705's though? As on the website it says " The 1322705 cam lobes sit correctly above the TU5JP4 valves and is for fast road and track day use" quoted from jam racing?

You can only use the 1322705 if you are using the saxo J4 valve springs. If you have a standard JP4 engine and intend to use the JP4 head internals then its not a suitable camshaft profile.
It will get better gains as its basically a 1321708 camshaft profile but correct fitment for your head.

I see, I forgot to add that I'm running the j4 internals as well, cams valve springs etc. Would you recommend these over the ph3's?

would also like info on this, im looking into tuning my jp4 engine soon. Im also running the complete jp4 engine but with the j4 cams and valve springs.

These are basically the same profile as the saxo 1321708s so you can expect similar gains as to what the J4 engine produces. Its a newish camshaft so its not got a massive customer base yet but 145bhp - 155bhp is fair with a good remap. The PH3 is even more lairy so you may need other modifications, certainly tougher springs as minimum anyway. Personally out of the choice I'd go for the Cat Cams as I know these have been tested with good results.
