VTS conversion help needed please!

    Hi guys, first post..

    I have a 2001 '51' 1.4 LPG Berlingo and a Cat B VTS ('99)

I will be putting the VTS Engine into the Berlingo
    I have seen this thread...

    And have a few questions..

What is the BE Box fitted to?, Do I have to have one or will the standard Berlingo box do for now?

Electrics, What is the easiest way? I have done a few engine conversions on other makes, just nothing PSA, does the transponder aerial go straight to the ECU or is there another box in line with the ecu that will need joining in?

Will be ordering a new exhaust as the current one is past it anyway

Can I use any of the OE mounts?, it has a MPI 1.4 TU in at the mo, think '99 Westcoast to VTS conversion

    Neither are multiplexed

    Thanks

    Adam

they already sell a 1.6 16v berlingo so you would just need the engine mounts from one of them and the driveshafts. And the standard o.e exhaust for one.

as for the electrics you will need the ecu "unlocked" from a berlingo 16v van and the loom to mate with the internal loom other than that its pretty streight forward mate.

Do i really need the other mount with both engines being TU's?

Do I really need an unlocked ECU?, I want the transponder to work, I can sort the key/chip issues easily
