Had to get the VTR recovered through my breakdown cover. Clutch Pedals basically hit the floor and flops down when you lift it up, recovery guy rekons clutch cable....So, what do i do next, Should i get a mobile mechanic to fix it? Are they able to supply parts. Cheers

#4if its the clutch cable mate its a job you can do yourself, easy to do but fiddly, jus dissconect the cable of the clutch arm and the pedal and pull it through, then reconnct the new cable up the same way the old 1 came out

#5before pulling it through tie some strong string/ fishing line to the pedal end so when you pull it into the bay, theres a string to tie the end of the new one too, so you can tug it back into position...............

#6This has actually just happened to me, if its the cable its easy mode to replace, but for me, when the cable snapped it took the "arm" with it, so it cost me £65+vat as its only a dealer part :/
Best thing to do is get it looked at -
#7ok so it turns out it was the plastic attachement to the pedal that snapped. Just got a new cable and installed it with Gazer off here and im back on the road
