rev counter

   hi guys nd gals, i have a v reg vtr and basically rev counter does not work, ive tried the disconnecting battery for 1 hour and this has not workd, dont suppose any1 could tell me any other reasons for this not to work? the car was sat for 2 years, and this is my first vtr looking forward to getting it on the road. so yeh if any1 could giv me some tips would be much appreciated thanks

   Does your fuel gauge work? If not, could be the 5 amp fuse.
