Battery light on constantly? Alternator gone????

   Battery light is constantly on alternator belt was recently replaced so is the alternator gone?

   get a multimeter put on it and see if its charging the battery
   
   if its not then its the alternator
   
   if you dont have a multimeter, pop to a garage and they will check it

   if it is the the alternator do you know if they are all the same on saxos?
