battery light and oil light flickering

   When I start to brake and have my clutch down the battery light and the oil light start flickering really fast. Then as soon as i lift up off the clutch they disappear. Any help? x

   Bad earth somewhere,does it do also when you brake?

   Check the rear lights plugs for corrosion,

   Yeah when i am braking the lights are constant. and um ok the bulb holders? x

   Update - also when i am below 1k revs the lights come on x

   When was the alst time you checked the oil?
   if oil levels ok, check oil presure or temp sensors

   I had this issue. Oil was topped up and it disappeared.
   
   I still can't work out why the brake light flicks on at the same time mind.

   oil level is fine so i guess i'll find out on friday when it goes for its MOT x

    my battery light flickers when i accelerate harshly and i was told it can be to do with the altenator so have a look at that
