I make one out of copper like just cut out a little tube and cut the top and side the lambda in. Or buy one of kam racing for like £15-20!

it is easy takes about 10mins mate just cut a tube out the cut like slits on the top until the senser slides in then bend the top bits over the top of the little bolt which is just above the thread. you must be confused ill try get a picture!

Thats from my thread if you look where the battery is you can see it. Might give you an idea!

Ahhh! I see, nice idea mind! So the part where the sensor is dead hot is that enclosed? Or am I being stupid and is that the bit you bent over? Or did you bend the other bit to stop it coming out. Ha sorry for being a pain mate! Much appreciated though

haha that's fine mate that's what this forum is for to help people OK right the copper tube you cut the end of the tube to slide the senser in until the thread stops. Then there is like a bolt where the thread stops that is where you bend back the copper over it to hold it on.

Yeah. What we have done is got the manifold off a mk1 Vtr and fitting that to mine obviously because the cat is in the mani of my mk2, and the cat is on the Dow pipe/centre of the mk1, so there is nowhere for the sensor to go after the cat to read any air, so need a sleeve to get that out the way. Thus saving money and not buying a 4-2-1 and still being decated. I have a straight through centre with a piper backbox, if you get me?
