#2On the outside? Pull it off. Making sure you do it gently and don't break the clips.
-
#3Yeah on the outside and it looks as if its glued is that right ?
-
#4Yeah they pull off but you may need to use a blade as they are often held on with tigerseal or something very similar usually at both ends of the trim. Bit of a bitch to get a stanley knife to it but persevere and you will suceed

#5THanks simon will give it a go in the morning will it damage it if I just yank it off and buy new clips ?
-
#6naa clips should be fine. Sometimes the actual brackets that hold the clips come off but you can glue then back in place

Its just the sealant you need to watch for as it could damage the plastic trim. I find the quicker and smoother i pull the panel off the less damage is done to the clips tbh.
If you wanted you could take the door cards off and push the clips out one by one with a socket set piece. maybe a 5 or 6mm cant remember which as they wont break that way but its extra hassle...
Hope this helps you out mate! -
