westcoast running problem PLEASE HELP

right, i was trying to ignore this but i have finnaly snapped and have ad enuf of this shit running problem.

basicly the car is running shit, it just dies alot when i put the clutch down to come to a stop, when i start the car up it idles terrible, when driving at normal speeds 30, 40, 60 and 70 with minimal pressure on the accelerator and i put my foot down the car shakes as if it has no fuel then goes, its sluggish and when put i put my foot down theres a slight flat spot, it feels like it aint gettin enuf fuel or too much if you know what i mean.

just had a full service plus replaced the raceland filter, and i now have no clue at all what it is. the garage i took it to said they found no problem on the diagnostics and after driving it down the road said it was fine

(it just happened to work fine that time)

i do get occasions where it works reasonbly well, but allways get the shit idle and pulling away when it starts cold whitch tbh i never got before. adsvtr (superchareged vts) had a look but without diving too deep into it couldnt find the problem, and did check the ICV but no

please help me out on this one cus its driving me insane

umm havent checked them, didnt think it would be that major. i am now looking at the top of this page and it seems everyone is having the same problem

also when driving the car from cold, if im driving at a normal speed and put the clutch in it just dies completly, and i have to lift the clutch back up as if im bump starting it
