   Had a powerflow exhaust on car but on long journeys give u headache so when center pipe started blowing decided to get standard center and now when turning it rattles against car,been told its common and nothing to worry about?

   get longer rubber hangers, or stretch out the silencer arms

   Also make sure that all the clamps are done up tightly and that the exhaust isn't too near to the heatshield in the first place, so might mean undoing the clamps then repositioning the centre pipe and doing up the clamps tightly in the new position. Hope that helps
