Important! : VTR\VTS\ Furio Altenator Top Mounting Bracket Snapping

   Have any memebers who have any of the above vehicle models had issues with the top altentor mounting bracket snapping or cracking, or bottom mounting pivot bolts coming undone or loose, I have had to replace now 2 top altenator mount bracket for the same fault since Feb this year and yet my local Citeon dealership has stated that there is now issues or problems with the part ????
   
   
   If you have had a similar iise then let me know as I have lodged a issue with Citreeon UK to address this issue

   Never heard of anyone else having this problem fella. Bottom bolt might come loose but only if it is not tightened up to the right torque. Top bracket on 8v models at least (unsure of 16v) is a folded steel job and quite sturdy - guess you have been unlucky. Good luck with the compolaint though - you might get something out of it hopefully.
