Removing headlight glass while still on the car

   Is it possible to remove the headlight glass while they are still on the car using thinners or somthing for the glue?
   
   I want to do this so I can smoke out the headlights without messing up their allignment. Will probably need to take them off but just wondering if anyone has done it.

   No as there are clips on the underneath of the headlights that hold the glass on. You will need to remove the headlights to get access to the clips

   You won't Messs up the allignment if you take them off. Like matty said there are clips all around them. And you won't physically be able to heat them up enough to
   get the Lens off.

   Just park near a wall, put on lights and mark the alinement, then after refitting check against your marks!
