axle???

    i put a axle on my saxo about 4 months ago but the bush has now worn and its failed its mot cause of it, where could i get my axle reconditioned and how long would it last then? and what sort of price? or shall i just buy another second hand axle and risk it wearing away again in a couple of months?

    dont risk putting a another second hand axle on again try im axles on here and see what they can do for you

    i just had a look then, is £400 about right for a reconditioned one then?

    Think its 350 if you trade in your old axle and with a cheeky Saxp discount

    if your a non member on here its about £366 for a recon + £18 post plus your old axle but when you put your recon on and phone martin back he pick your old one up

    look on ebay my mate gt a recondition one for about 200 quid and hes had it for about a year now and its still fine

    first the garage said it was a worn bush but when they had a closer look they said the axle had gone and there was some play, but when i picked my car up the wheel fell off cause the garage didn't do the nuts up! so that's how reliable they are
