Ok so i recently debadged my car and it left my with 5 nice little holes to fill up!

Whats the best way to fill these up so they dont show?

Btw i have a tin of fibreglass filler at my disposal

welding the holes up is the best way by far

yeh weld them up if you filler them they crack leaving water to leak through , a cheap mod on some cars becmes £100 or more on saxos , youll need your boot sprayed aswell.

option one, put them back on.

option two, take it to a body shop, let them weld teh holes up and smooth over respaint it charge u about 180

option three, bodge ot with fiberglass and a rattle can and end up buying a new boot as you think wtf did i done tht for!

I super glued 2p coins behind mine and they havent moved since.
Fill over top, sand down, and paint.

I've heard that works, some people say superglue something behind then fill ovewr and use touch up paint but it is a bodge and I would rather have badges than risk the filler cracking and rotting the boot.

One thing to think about though, has anyone used this:

It apparently sets hard as steel and i've used it to seal exhausts before as its so much better than exhaust paste, I really rate it for that.

Id get it done professionally for a decent effort .

Mine didnt turn out too bad in the end! Took alot of work tho.

make sure u sand it properly before u start filling and then there wont be a problem, i filled the side strips on my impreza like 9 months ago without welding or nothing and that was like 2 cm deep and not one bit of it has cracked

its alot of effort tbh,, they do need welding to be done properly

thanks for all the comments. if i fibreglassed the inside, let it set, then filled the outside of the hole, do u think that would work?
