few issues with my vtr

   hi guys, i have a few litle issues with my vtr. i am just after a bit of advice on what it could be.
   !. when im in gear it makes a whistleing noise, only seems to be bad in 4th gear.
   2. when i turn left full lock it makes a clunk noise, could it be bushes?
   3. and my car pops out of 1st and reverse, could this be the gear box or gear linkage?

   one thing i dint want to get.
   i want a new engine aswel as mine has 95000 miles lol
   will see what i can find then.
