Car Revs when changing gear??

   Hi not sure how to explain this very well so please ask questions. The last couple of days when i change up a gear my car seems to rev a bit more than normal and then seems to dropdown more than normal as tho its slipping? if that makes sense? Might just be me but i dont think i seem to have as much power when pulling off? Any idea what this could be an indication of? im hoping that somebody knows the answer and not to be told my clutch may need changing lol.
   
   p.s Im driving a P reg 1.1 saxo petrol.

   mines doing same mate, clutch slipping, think clutch kit is bout £50 or something

   Nah I dont know how to check and I thought they would be more than £50?

   Valeo one - factory fit
   
   
   should be fine for another 75 thousand
   
   cover plate and friction plate
   
   
   I can let you have it for £25

   Were are you based mate?
   I only need one to last me untill i put the vts engine in lol
