nothiing about a saxo but ebay

   i bought a laguna splitter of ebay about 3 weeks ago and still not received the item
   i have been in contact with the guy and he tells me its at my local post office but been there and they told me its not there and the only way he would know its at my local post office is if he had tracking info which he told me he doesnt have
   what can i do about this as im not very clued up about ebay

   i dont know how to go about it thats why im asking on here and im sure alot of people on here have had this problem before
