engine sounds different

   hi,
   
   a couple of days ago i added half a bottle of redex to a full tank of petrol and my engine sounds different its like a ticking noise as its the pistons moving up and down is this normal

   Tappets need adjusting. Redex is unlikely to cause this to happen though. Any local garage will do the tappets for you. Very quick and easy job thankfully.

   thanks stevo, found out today my exhaust was blowing at the manifold to centre pipe fixing so it wasnt the engine thank god! lol
   abit of exhaust putty and all is good
