Important! : Overheating - Please Help

   Hi im having problems with my car overheating. It doesn't take long to get up to temperature and once there it sits between a bit above half way and 3/4 on the dial, then the fan kicks in. Once running its never below this.
   Im not sure what the problem is and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as im worried i blow my head gasket or something =/
   Any help would be much appreciated, cheers

   sounds like you've got an air lock
   
   stick you heaters on full and on hot with the engine running and let it run up to temp and CAREFULLY remove the expansion cap this should allow the air to circlate

   I tried that but it never worked Is there anything else i can do? Will i have to completely drain my coolant and blead the system or something?

   forgot to mention to rev it up with the cap off. could try undoing each of the bleed nipples untill you see water draining through them
