gti parts on a vtr

   hi,
   
   this may be a bit of a stupid question as i know they are the practically same car an all, but iv got the chance to buy an r reg gti off a friend cheap, its got several mods including full leather interior, scorpian decat and a lowered rear axle etc, etc.
   
   Just wondering if most of the parts will fit my s reg vtr (like gearbox, clutch, exhaust, beam etc)

   Gearboxes are pretty universal across 106/saxo, clutch might be slightly different considering it's from a 16v 1.6 but the rest should fit fine, some will need little adjusting like exhaust etc

   The hangers are too long as GTIs don't have an exhaust recess.

   Not entirely sure but i think the pipes are different widths (not 100% on this)
