Important! : Drivers seat stuck

   Right basicly my drivers seat is stuck and i had a thread on here before about it and no mater what people suggested it wouldnt budge, its not all the way back so i dont fit it in comfitably.
   
   Im wondering is there any way i can take the back of the seat off so i could drill the bolts out that hold it to the subframe? obvs i can undo the ones on the side rail but i need to drill the ones out by the handbrake.
   
   If anybody has any other suggestions please say

   my seat sticks sometimes
   does the handle (to move the seat) stay up or go back down
   there is a gold peice on the runner that can be lifted to move the seat or on mine it does anyway
