Saxo headlight smoking/spraying

    UPDATED LOOK BELOW-----------------------------
    OLD: IGNORE!
Hi so my 2nd post,,, getting used to this now but still finding hard to get around the site ect. Not sure again weather this is the right section.. So yesterday me and my brother got round to spraying the inside of my headlights but we had a problem. I followed the guide on here about how to get the glass removed, but I didnt leave it in for 10mins at 150 like it says I did it for 3 and it worked just fine.
We came to spraying them, sanded them down ect and applied the first layer of primer, while me and my brother waited for it to dry we were talking and heard this little click looked down at the plastic trim and it had broken,
So like n00bs probably we got to work on the 2nd one, got it done so quickly BUT it still started to break, the plastic started to crack, so applied one layer of black to each and like n00bs again we didnt super glue them becuase we were to afraid that it would break them even more because they super glue is strong stuff, basically right now it held together by sellotape (yes I no stupid idea) but only realised we had some proper black tape when we celled it back up. My worry at the moment is that they will break eventually due to bumping on the road or sellotape dry out. My question is
What is the plastic trim part called?
For anyone confused its this part...

As you can see they came out perfectly fine but its only a matter of time
    http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/9606/...0143851531.jpg
and they look good on the car

But yeah if anyone could send me a link to some on ebay or err any other website ect would be much appreciated, but yes they are held together with sellotape (i no it was dumb so please dont be mean)
    UPDATE---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    NEW:

Im going to bump this back top because it is the one thing thats really pissing me off!
Basically I got a pair of headlights on the cheap, got a pair posted for £10.99
Thought I would give it ago smoking them again, DID IT WORK? nope!
They did EXACTLY what my other ones did and crack
IS IT THE SPRAY? What sprays have other people used?
This time I got some pics to show you the cracking and what spray I use
I basically have now wasted 10 quid, not to bothered but its annoying, am I the only one?
    The primer

    The paint

    The cracking

And yes even though the spray didnt touch this part the clip cracked off

So yeah their it is, any suggestions, think I will buy angel instead of keep wasting my money on this shit

Is is possible the spray paint was to strong or could the oven thing have made them unstable? done it at night and left it till the next morning so they wernt hot.

Has anyone else had this problem, what would you recommend to hold it together when they break again? if they do? cheers

maybe i am thick but that made very little sence to me at all. You didnt use glue because you thought it might brake them when there already broken?

if your talking about wanting new inserts then no you can't get them without buying new headlight's.

to fix the ones you have use somethig like a 2 part resin or a gel superglue gotta be worth a try better than sellotape.

Can you not just super glue them or put strong electrial tape behind the inserts where they cannot be seen. Also how big exacly is the breakage?

Hey yeah thats what I am going to do when the sellotape decides to give way, I shouild of done that first but I completly forgot and was panic

The break is really rather bad, it broke in several places and shattered, by broke I mean it actually feel off so thier was 2 parts!

I used that exact same paint when I did mine last week and no cracking here, the one thing that sounds weird is that yours opened up after 3 mins, mine barely opened after 10 and the plastic was starting to get soft
