help please

   i think my rear axle bushes are excessivly worn are they easy to change or better off getting a garage to do the work.

   dunno, maybe knocking the new one in pushes the old one out?
   
   Or hydraulic press required many tons of force required?
   
   
   
   I did Volvo s60 wishbone bushes - in polymax and required 8tons force to get them in.
