VTR rev limit and ECU choices

    As ive got a xsi engine running VTR management i'd like a there any single plug ecus (will have to be unlocked obviously) that well let me rev to the upper end of 6k maybe 7k as standard? Or am I better off just remapping the standard ecu. All this providing the engine can take a higher limit safely, I dont want to lose rod bolts etc!

    You can up the rev limit but I think the xsi has a higher rev limit anyway so fit the xsi ecu

    Is this XSi ecu single plug? my VTR was an early silvertop single plug you see
