VTR radiator fan won't come on

   basiclly just as the title says the radiator fan wont come on anyone have any ideas why???

   To test the fan motor is working wire it to the battery directly,if it comes on then your fan switch may be faulty.

   check the plug mate, mine did this and the plug was faulty!

   yea there plug that is on the radiator underneath top rad hose irc. (its blue and red) or blue and yellow
   
   or check relay.

   IIRC mk1 VTR uses a traditional switch screwed into the side of the radiator and MK2 fan is switched on and off by the ECU. Mk2 fan issue is a know fault unfortunately. I do not know where the relay (activated by the ecu) is situated but at least you have a bit more info to go on.
