vts alarm too sensitive!

   Hey my car has a habit of the alarm going off lots mainly at night..
   
   Any help please as i would like to either reduce the sensitivenes. Or have it so it locks no alarm

   I`ve heard removing the interior sensors will solve the problem,either that you may have water getting in somewhere which is triggering the alarm.

   just get into the habbit of turning them off when you get out the car and lock it!

   Will it flash to tell me they're off because i hold down button but don't know

   With the GTi i hold it down for about 3 seconds and the light goes solid instead of blinking. I have to do this everytime i lock the car. Ive had many-a night of being woken up by the poxy alarm because ive forgotten.

   Mine started going off last night but I have had a leak and fixed that but I might just take the sensor wires out now
