i have repleced all the brake pads, shoes, drum and cylinders and blead the brakes a few times and the brakes are still feeling spongey
any advice on what i can try to do?

blead more, pump the pedal a few times and see how it feels.

try adjusting the cross link from the brake pedal to the master cylinder

check everything is free, something as simple as a seized caliper slider an cause the brakes to feel slightly spongey,also poor bleed technique may be the issue, always bleed the brakes starting at the rear on the side furthest from the brake reservoir and ensure the bleed nipple is fulley open
