blead more, pump the pedal a few times and see how it feels.
  3. #3
    as said, keep bleeding them
  4. #4
try adjusting the cross link from the brake pedal to the master cylinder

check everything is free, something as simple as a seized caliper slider an cause the brakes to feel slightly spongey, also poor bleed technique may be the issue, always bleed the brakes starting at the rear on the side furthest from the brake reservoir and ensure the bleed nipple is fulley open

    try bleeding them

sounds like your not bleeding them properly mate,

make sure you get all the air bubbles out and top it up with fluid, maybe try dot5?

stating the obvious but you no!

'spongey' brakes is 9/10 times a case of bleeding

1st Bleed like everyone else said ,

    2nd check for leaks

3rd Check Master Cylinder and Brake servo are working properly

4th check slave cylinders in rear brakes for leaks

Just had to replace my master cylinder which caused a rear brake cylinder to leak from new pressure bled it for ages without realiseing it was a leak
