groaning noise

   hi there peeps experiencing groaning noise in the car when i go into 3,4,5 gear but goin slow (30-40mph) sometimes does it if i put car in neutural wilst moving and also when i press clutch pedal.can feel the vibration of the noise near my feet....any ideas?cheers

   Might be one of the suspension forks?
   Happened to me before..

   is it dear to replace? what would i need to check for to be sure?

   Try pushing down on the bonnet on either side of the car, if it feels proper loose on one side then that fork's busted and you might need a new one.

   just done that it dont rly move just come back up,i no the thrust bearing on its way,could that have anything to do with it?
