i looked up on the diy guide on here to spray alloy wheels but wheres the best/cheapest place to get the primer,colour and laquer? No chance am i going to helfrauds

Paint - just use halfords basecoat they go on smooth and will only need 2 tins for four wheels

You will find them cheaper at a local body shop supplier but they really are the best aerosols you can get. -

#11Didnt say they were cheap i said they were the best. You pay for what you get. I bet that primer is really good at that price you just gotta read the data sheet to know its shit. Hycoat is also known for reacting and blistering with some alloy wheel cleaners.

#18i spent 50 odd quid in halfruads on the paint for my wheels, the day i finished i went to my local diy type store thing for some wiper blades and found the stuff i could of used for 2.79 a can, 500ml aswell, same as the ones i paid 7.49 a can in halfruads! gutted. and its good paint from my diy store as i used it on my grill and a few other bits n bobs and its fine! so annoyed.
