jubilee clip

   would my saxo fail its MOT if i was to fix the backbox on with a jubilee clip as long as it was fixed with rubber hanger etc?? cant be arsed welding it lol

   any way to make sure it doesnt leak?? i bought the backbox not knowing it was stainless steel and of course u cant weld stainless steel to regular exhaust pipe and i cant afford a stainless steel pipe all the way from the cat, so thought jubilee clippin it may be a way round sellin backbox and buyin another.

   could try buying some exhaust paste, it hardens when heated up

   i got a stainless steel backbox on mine with a standard piece of exhaust and i managed to weld it mate, im not the best welder but it doesnt blow and is quite solid,

   reckon the U bolts from the standard exhaust and some exhaust paste will be alright??... aslong as its not blowin it shud pass MOT regardless of what it looks like, correct??

   no, just standard mig wire mate, it welded quite nice for stainless, im not the best welder but it welded quite nice
