front wheel movement

Hi got a problem,had a knocking noise coming from front passenger wheel when hitting 60 mph but cv boot had split so thought it was that but had it fixed and when I get to about 60 there's a constant knocking noise so iv just put my foot against wheel and pushed and theres a knock and the steering wheel moves but when I do it to drives side wheel nothing? Any suggestions thanks

cv joint? or maybe track rod end if its affecting the steering
