right guys last week the battery dies on my key fob , so i went down euro car parts and the part of the fob that holds the battery snapped , so i went and brought a new fob case from ebay , it came today and now it doesnt seem to work ive tried the old battery and still noting , could it be the actual fob bit that u put in the case?? how can i sort this??

#2if you have had the battery out i think you wuld need to re-sync the fob with the car

#11I had the same problem, only fix I cld find was to gracefully get under passenger side of the dash, unplug the alarm ecu and get the misses old skool and use the key in the door!! If there's another way id love to know to!!

#13Ah mate it's a massive pain in the arse, but I also had the alarm going off cause I cldnt switch it off wit the key fob as it's inop so final measure was...!!
