Driver side Window cable

Hello

I took my car to a family friend (no longer a friend) to get the doors replaced about 2 months ago. Got the car home and now when opening the window, up was down and down was up. Did not have time to fix it until now so i had a crack at it myself. I didnt really know what i was doing and i looked at both of them and thought (for some random reason) that it was upside down. I took the motor off and the sprawl instantly came undone in my hand

i have put it back together but for reason the window does not move and the cable just loosens and tightens

I think the cable on one side should go to the base of the door then up the runner, over a wheel at the top and go into a housing.... is this correct ????

Yes the metal wire should sit in the white plastic pulley, and should be attached at the other end by the spring thing (near the motor).
